I need to creat my own website for many important reasons but I don't know where do I need to start, what do I need to start, or who can help me to creat my own website ( the host for my website ), could anyone help me to find the solution for my problem? Please i need you advices.

Sounds like this is your first time. I would either recommend hiring somebody to build the website or use a website builder software to build it. That way you don't have to know html.
