how to put consumer case on "infibeam.com" online buying site?

i buy a tab "ZYNC Z999 plus" from the "infibeam.com" . after 2-3 days its shows lots of problem so, when i gave them a complaint about this they are not listening anything .even they have the 30 days replacement warranty. i inform them within the 10 days bt they are not listening anything .plz suggest me how can i take legal action on them.

Firstly never buy from unknown and unpopular websites.
and since u have done it, you can put a complain in consumer court. Check for advertisements on Doordarshan channel.
also some sites have a policy for 30 day replacement, please read them for infibeam.com and other online shopping websites before ordering anything. But now you have the option of complaining in consumers department. Do it soon and before 30 days.
