Do websites/data miners/ companies but people's info?

Lets say swim can get someone's info in bulk ex:(address, personal cell, birthday, email address and full legal names)

Will someone buy this info?
And I so.. How does swim go about selling it?
Anyone know any good websites that explain this? Or can you personally explain it yourself?

A list broker might be interested but it needs to be genuine opt-in not just a list you have "acquired". Either needs to be massive or be a list of people with specific interests, so that they can market/sell the list on.
