Ideas of names for my website?
I will be making a new website about myself, about my passion which is food. It will consist of everything about food except sweets, cakes, desserts etc!. It will have recipes, information about ingredients, about spices, and even maybe simple lessons for newbies. Another reason I am making it is to even make me able to learn more about food!

But I'm really jammed about the name.. I want a catchy name, which is serious, and maybe not at the same time..

Does some one have any idea? I'd appreciate !

(Your name)'s cookbook

Example: if your name was Ashley then the website would be 'Ashley's Cookbook ashleyscookbook.com

P.S. you'll have to tell me what you decide so I can go on it Smile

It is pretty tough to choose this for you, especially with the limitations of domain names.

My suggestion is make a HUGE list of words, including synonyms, and then build out as many combinations of these words that make sense for your project and sound good. The shorter the better in most cases. You may also want to take search frequency of these words into consideration, however, if you use any that are highly searched, chances are it will be long gone by now anyways.

Next go to GoDaddy or some other registrar and start plugging in the names you like and cross your fingers that at least one of them is available!

There was once a day when you could pick your name and then simply grab the domain - today you almost have to name your online business based on what domains are still available.
