ebay, help!? about selling items?

on the website it says that you get your first 10 items uploaded to ebay for free (without a fee to pay) i was wondering whether this was for the duration of your account or was it 10 free items per month? i am a little confused, any knowledgeable ebayers please help, thanks x

They are trying to ban websites such as ebay trying to make it illegal to resell used products online.

Is 10 items per month and resets every month you only pay if your item sells after awhile your selling allowances will increase good luck to you.
