Should I trust this ebay seller?
I bought Fifa coins on Ebay. I already paid the seller. He wants me to give him good feedback first before he actually sends me the coins. Can I get scammed? Should I trust him? Will I be able to get my money back if he does scam me if I sent him good feedback?

please help

Never give any rating until you get the goods and see if they are in good quality.
If he insists, tell him that you don't feel comfortable rating people on ebay until you receive your goods.
Check out the guy's rating and comments. If you find out that some people never received their goods or unhappy try to get in contact with them and ask them the details.

You don't know him, he doesn't know you so you need to be careful.

As for your money, if it's a small amount it's useless to try to get it back. The process is long and without end especially if the seller is in another country.

I recommend that you simply ignore this request and if you don't receive your coins, open an INR case the second eBay allows you to. Asking for feedback before shipment is scammish.
