How do I block my entire facebook wall from certain friends?

Is anyone else having this problem? I am so frustrated that stupid facebook keeps changing all the settings! Especially the privacy ones.
I have quite a few people I want to hide my wall from completely. I don't want them to be able to SEE ANYTHING on my wall or be able to POST ANYTHING on my wall. They can see my basic info, I don't care about that. But I want about 20 people to not see anything that is posted to my wall by myself or others.
With the newest facebook settings, from 8-28-11 onward, how do I do this?
I get to the point in privacy settings that I can "control how I connect", but it is not allowing me to accomplish the entire blocking of my wall from anyone. The old process is no longer valid because of the new system they installed.

I believe that is the old way they had the settings work. It's not like that at all anymore.

Cuz so you wrote once I click on >Privacy settings that I'm supposed to go to >Sharing on Facebook, and I am not seeing that anywhere... that's not an option.

I get to >Privacy settings and it has this stupid picture of an example of when I am would post something new, that as I'm doing that I can have it be sent to a certain audience. But that is not enough. I want my entire wall to be blocked all the time from every post.

So I go to the link (under the example pic) >Edit settings, right next to "How you Connect", and it does not give the option to hide my posts. the only options are:
-Who can look up your profile by name or contact info? Then a drop down box with only Everyone, Friends, and Friends of Friends as options to select. No custom list option.
-Who can send you friend requests? Same drop down options
-Who can send you facebook messages? Same drop down options
-Who can post on you
Who can post on your wall? Drop down options are Friends, or Only Me.
(When this is where I want it to be my custom list of show to all friends EXCEPT THESE PEOPLE and its not an option!) But then,
Who can see Wall posts by others on your profile? Drop down options do allow my custom list.

Now, when I view my profile, and use the tool "see how others view your profile" it is not blocking my wall posts from the people on my custom list!!!

I have been pulling my hair out all weekend trying to figure this out also. I don't want certain friends to see ANYTHING on my wall. There's no way to block the entire wall from certain friends anymore. Please, Please someone tell how to do this. I wish FB would leave well enough alone!
