Why can't I click on someone's profile picture on Facebook?

I am friends with them on Facebook (and in real life), but for some reason, I can't click on their profile picture. I can click on their other pictures and their cover photo, but why not profile picture?

Maybe that photo or album is set to be private. Try going to the album via the Photos link.

They have set their profile pictures album privacy to "only me".

If someone settings his/her profile picture is only me then u can't click that. But u can downlode that image. At first u use the Opera Mini browser. Click the Options buttom. Go2 Tools > Page information > Downlode Imge.
