Question about Tumblr?

There are a few urls that i'd really like to use, and when you go to their blog, it doesn't exist, but when you try to use the url, it says it's taken. Some examples are: http://corn.tumblr.com/

if you go to that page, it says "Whatever you were looking for doesn't currently exist at this address. Unless you were looking for this error page, in which case: Congrats! You totally found it." but it wont let anyone use the url. why is this?

sometimes tumblr disables urls if certain people who have had those urls have been deleted due to violating community guidelines!
