Chrome help keeps on appearing............help!!!!!!!?

I use google chrome for browsing. Recently while browsing, suddenly out of the blue a tab of chrome help appeared. I closed that tab and within a second it again reappeared. I did it several times and everytime it was the same. After some time i started ignoring it and let the tab remain open but after every 2 mins, that cursor itself went back to that page.

Then in the evening while i was browsing through files on my laptop i saw that whenever i clicked on "my computer", a "manage your documents" help file popped open. When i clicked on adobe "adobe help" popped out from nowhere..........and same went on with every damn window or file i accessed.

I cant understand what went wrong. Plzzz help
