there are a couple free apps out there that you can install on your toolbar that will give you a wealth of info (including your ranking). THe only annoying thing is that most of them will also give you a lot of stuff you dont want. Try SEO Quake, thats ok. I installed it on IE toolbar because I use Firefox as my main browser. When you want to use it just use your secondary browser, its built right into the toolbar. There are several free applications that function just like that, test them out and see what works best for you.
