I have a Skype account but I am not able to make group video calls. can you tell me why?

The people on the call may be using
an old version of Skype that
supports audio calls only.
To resolve this problem, make sure
that everyone on the call is using
the latest version of Skype.
If there are more than 10 people on
a call, the call will be converted to
audio only. To bring back video, you
must have 10 or fewer people on the
call. The easiest way to do this is to
remove the extra people from the
group. Simply right-click the person
you want to remove and select
Remove person from this group.
