Let them have access thru a guest port on wi fi. Ask them if they would be willing to split the monthly bill 50/50 for internet. Thats how i am on.

Tell them sure as long as they foot half the bill.

Just say no.

There is nothing illegal about sharing an internet connection with your neighbor.

However, it will be against your contract with your internet provider, though I don't no how they would find out.

The problem is that if your neighbor starts downloading kiddy porn or songs and movies illegally, it will come back on YOU!

well you can tell them they can pay $10 - $20 for wi-fi per month (id rather say $10) and you can use their money to buy apps that can strengthen your internet signal like FoxFi the wifi sharing app for android and apple users.

If they pay half the Bill, and if they don't all you have to do is password protect or change password, As for legal you paying so any overboard bill your going to be stuck with, you give them restricted access to internet and no sharing. Watermelons and Internet, don't barter?
