I've forgotten my TextPlus password.?

I've contacted TextPlus through email and told me that I need my TextPlus number for them to recover my account. I don't remember that but know my email I used for it. What should I do to get back on?

If you can't remember your TextPlus number then I'd say you're not going to be able to recover this account. You should contact them again and check if you can create a new account.

I recommend using a password manager like Keepass or LastPass to create snd store strong unique passwords for the sites you visit. You can also save notes like your secret questions and answers to the password entries. LastPass can automatically log you in to any web site you have stored in its database.
