how can i advertise my internet company for free?
i would like to advertise my internet company and have not got loads of money to spend on advertising as it has just started off and would like some advice on where i can get lots of people to see it [preferably on the internet] but all suggestions greatly appreciated please help as i am tearing my hair out with searching now!!

Hi Hannah,

If you have time but no money to spend then your best bet is to optimise your website for search engine rankings.

First you have to find keyword phrases that people search for regularly to find information/products that your website provides.

Then create pages or blog posts on your website based around these keyword phrases.

And then the bit that most people leave out is getting backlinks to your website. This is links from other websites to yours.

When you put all this togather and keep building over a few weeks, then you will start to get traffic which keeps coming day after day even when you stop your SEO activities.

For more detailed info on how to do this, follow the link in the source box below. It's actually really easy when you know how but does take a little time and effort for free traffic.
