Probably, but if you want to stream videos or play games online, you should have at least 10 mbps.

if you are up for 720pHD and large, you need to go for more..!

I guess it depends on how much you are on the internet and how fast you want it to be.I had to live with 3 mbps for awhile but did not care for it.

Nope. 480p YouTube is not true, it keeps freezing even on 360p (around 230-240kB/s)
