If my internet is getting throttled, Is it just the internet accessed by MY computer or all my devices?
Because of my past use of bittorrent, I know I'm being throttled. I was wondering if it's just my computer that's being throttled, or are all of the devices using my Wifi being throttled.

All devices that get internet from your ISP are getting throttled.
