I cancelled an Amazon order but it still said it shipped?

For one of the orders that I cancelled, I sent the cancellation request before it shipped, but didn't get the cancellation confirmation and refund until it said it had already shipped. For the other item, I sent the cancellation request before it shipped, but it has already shipped and I haven't gotten a refund or cancellation confirmation. For the second item, I sent a follow up email saying not to worry about the refund if it had already been shipped. Do you know if I'll be receiving the items?

call amazon and tell them they should fix it

If it's already shipped then you will get the item.You don't even have to open it just send it back.Amazon will give you instructions on how to do it.Don't think you will get a refund if it's shipped,it will have to be return,then you get the refund.When you send in a cancellation request,they do confirm if they are able to stop the order.
