Internet Explorer 10 not working?
For some reason, Internet Explorer's stuck on my homepage. I can't go to the address bar or the options menu or anything. Normally I would use System Restore, but there aren't any restore points because I just refreshed my PC thinking that would fix the problem. What should I do next?

Easy one. First, be sure to download and install another browser like (Google) Chrome. You'll need this later. Uninstall Internet Explorer (IE) by going to Start>Control Panel>Software>Uninstall. Uninstall IE. Restart your computer then use Chrome to go to Microsoft to download IE. Then just install it like you would. A clean reinstall should fix the problem.

power off and reboot. If computer is on, press the power on button and hold it in until the power off happens. Then power it back on and that should clear it up. Sometimes one or more of the items loaded into the home screen will lock it up, it happens to me also. If you have windows 7, go to the Microsoft websight and download Explorer 11.
