ebay global shipping program?

can someone explain it to me with out all the technical jargon?

Basically, if you decide to do the ebay global shipping program, an international buyer purchases your item. Then you first ship this package to an ebay warehouse in Kentucky. You would ship this package like you normally do when you sell items to US buyers.
From there, ebay takes care of the whole thing for you. They fill out all the necessary customs form and re-ships the package to the international buyer for you. Hope this made sense!
