You just need another FTP client (that is what Filezilla is) there are loads of free and pay ones out there, have a look here.

Log into your site, if you have cpanel, just click on the "File Manager" option. Though, I always use the "File manager" option, even when I didn't have cpanel.

If you HAVE TO use FTP, then I recommend SmartFTP.
