Ebay scam question D: Need help !?

so i wanted to get an ipod nano 7th gen on ebay,
and because im low on budget, I found something on bid

I've checked the seller, but the seller has no feedback
and only has that one item for bid.

Everyone has to start somewhere on Ebay but the No Returns Acceptes is what is a red flag for me

I am SO cautious on Ebay because I have had a few bad purchases (fakes). I only purchase from sellers who have a lot of positive feedback and seem to be reputable based on feedback and number of sells. I personally would not purchase an iPod from a seller with no feedback. But the good thing about Ebay and Paypal is that they are VERY good about taking care of buyers -- if you do get a fake or the seller does not send you the item, they will refund you and go after the buyer. Just be cautious and if the listing or buyer doesn't look right then don't risk it
