I uninstalled chrome from my laptop, thinking I had another browser installed. Now I cannot get on the internet at all.

Use another computer and dowload it to a usb drive. Then use that on yours.

Is should stil be on your computer, but you can install chrome from other computer onto a flash drive then install it onto your computer.

No you do NOT. You just use Internet explorer which is still on the machine.
