Facebook post privacy help?

I want to put up a picture where only I and someone I tag in the picture can see it. If I go to the picture settings and hit edit privacy, and hit only me, can I tag someone in the pic for only me and that person to see it and no one else to see it? I'm doing it from an android phone.

Never trust FB privacy settings - they have changed them several times without warning. Why not use photobucket and pass the pic link to the person privately.
