How do I unlock a site from firewall in chrome?
So my brother decided he had the right to block this website i really liked.
I already tried: resetting my modern Using the site's ip address in the direction bar adding it as a secure site in explorer waiting a day searching in the restricted sites section turning off firewall signing in as another user and checking if the site is actually working Im totally clueless, it lets me go into the actual site but it says its locked by firewall and whenever I click on anything it doesnt allow me to do crap. What to do? Is this just a matter of time until i can use the site again? Ads |

You are very likely going to need to ask your parents to have your brother remove that site from the firewall program that is blocking it from being accessed on your computer. He probably has it password protected.

I think that you have to have administrator rights on the computer. You have to sign in as the administrator to use the software that blocks websites. I would go to Control Panel and click things like User Accounts, Windows Firewall, and Parental Controls. Go into Windows Firewall and then click Advanced Settings. Your brother has probably gone in there somewhere and added the website. Maybe clicking Restore Defaults will fix it. I don't know exactly. Good luck.
