How much does an ad in the paper cost?
If I wanted to put a small ad in the paper for a babysitting business, how much could that cost?

I was thinking a local paper, anyone have any idea on how much it would be?

It depends on the paper and the size of the ad. Most papers giver their rates in the paper on the small ads pages.

Where are you located?

A small local newspaper in our county cost $50 for an ad http://ww2.fairfaxtimes.com/media/files/...t_2013.pdf

Also consider other places where you can post your ads, such as Craigslist

There are also a number of babysitting websites such as Care.com that you can consider for your ad as those have targeted audiences of people looking for babysitters
