Why Dont I Have Video On Instagram?

I Have A Sprint Samsung Galaxy S2, And I tried To Restart My Phone, Doesnt Give Me An Option To Update It, And i Have Uninstalled It And Re-Installed It. I Even Tried To Update Ny Phone. I Still Do Not Have Instagram Video Under Any Circumstances. My Friend Has The Same Exact Phone By Sprint And All. I Need Help On How To Get Instagram Video. Thanks.

You arent supossed to have video on instagram your friend must have hacked it somehow. Instagram is made just for pictures. It illigal to hack instagram so your friend may not tell any one. Now can you answer one of my questions about instagram?

To the person who said you aren't supposed to have IG video.. You are wrong and your dad obviously doesn't work for Instagram.

Anyways, maybe just wait a few days and see if the option to update comes up. But I honestly think its overrated. It's really not all that it's cracked up to be, but that's just me.
