How to ge SPONSORS and write a proposal for Companies to pay me to advertise themselves in my open events?

Hi, I'm a young Events organiser, I do open events, but for how much creative and different i can be,and for how great the Venues i chose are in great locations, it doesnt work very well.. I dont know how to get sponsors, i dont know how to write a Sponsors proposal, are there Companies who i can pay to do this for me or i do it? How do i get Spnsors? what are the steps?

Can anyone teach me please? i feel very lost ,i cannot find anyone who teaches me how to do it
