Suspension from community college?

I was a student in community college in 2011. I took four semester in that college. I was doing pretty good. I did not have history of any offence and any criminal record. Actually I am from Asia. I was quiet busy in my college work at that time , at the end of spring term what happened is one of the instructor looked at my academic record and she suspended me from the college. The reason for suspension was I wrote too many emails to her. On that basis she suspended me from the college. I was a new student didn't know what to do next and I didn't even know my fault. I was totally surprised by this incident. And as a student I tried to solve the issue through college hearing process and all but they played like a child and they proved me guilty anyway and they gave F in two of my course and suspended me from their. I tried to talk with that instructor but that instructor behaved so suspicious and didn't want to talk with me.
After that I moved from their and I went to University of Memphis. I applied for Master degree Luckily I got the admission at this time. I had already applied to University of Memphis before going to community College at that time I didn't get the admission. All of my academic reports were already there so I didn't have to repeat the process again. I didn't get anything from Southwest. My two years of college had gone in vain. But on the other side I was happy that I got the admission in Master degree. Because of that I didn't do anything to that instructor. What that instructor was doing like she was posting pictures of their friends and family and was trying to persuading me like I am one of their family members. And I am too naive and believing that lady . This thing went for almost one year. But at the end of that restraining order she again appeared online. she started tracking whatever I do she started posting in the Google search. That was quite surprising to me. Such kind of thing never happened to me before. I was so annoyed by this and I knew this is done by this lady . And I wrote and email again to her saying that stop doing such kind of thing I am busy in my study I have nothing to do with you . despite my writing she didn't listen and posted more picture , whatever I opened in the google account she posted in the google search.She has group of people working with her. she is not acting alone.
I was so annoyed by it and wrote eamil to her saying that stop doing all these thing. At the end what she did is she reported me to the police stating cyber stalking. she was doing cyber stalking but that lady blamed on me and reported to the police. Beacuse of this incident I was traumatized and lived in fear for whole two years. I had no idea what to do.
I went to the court becasue of this. Every time she was looking for the fault on me so that she could report. That lady psychologically tortured me and she blamed me which was not done my me. she pursueded me in such a way that I was fully trusting her and believing her. Sometimes she showed me what to do next. I am such a fool and believing that person and doing what she would say through the pictures on google image search and social media. when I tell this thing even my husband doesn't believe and told me to see the psychiatrist. I was not lying this lady was doing this. in the social media she was posting the pictures like of my friends and family members and the same colors of dress and posture and she was trying to match the name as well. that's how I was attracted and doing what ever she told me through the images. she is a player she knows how to deal with people like me and she was trying to protect her job and me naive person was believing on her. and what she even tried to say to me is like go and report the abuse done by her. she sneaked around my house and send her people everywhere where ever I go and she gave me random calls and text after court order . she had filed for order of protection against me. I was totally surprised and I emotionally tortured and could not function well.
after reporting to the police I tried to contact her through email. at this time also she was posting pursuading picture and words targeted towards me. Again I told her to stop doing this thing please I am disturbed by this. On this police arrested me for violation of order of protection and I went to jail for one day. Now i need to hire a attorney. I would like to know what are the possible outcomes from this . do I have any chance of fighting back . Becasue of this I was dipressed and had been taking medication and went to see psychiatrist so often. Here I am suffering from which I had not done intentionally. Seeing a new naive person that lady put me in all this. What can I do now. I have court hearing in couple of week. Please advise me.

Hire a LAWYER. A suspension from school from "writing too many emails," is ludicrous. Now, what was said in the emails, could be grounds. There is more to the story here, considering you had a restraining order put on you. Now, what is it? There are two sides to a story, and yours seems dubious.

Also, how did you get accepted into a master's program, without a Bachelor's degree, when you said you went to community college?
