How do I trust sources or answers on the internet?
I usually go by thumbs up and no thumbs down because I think that answer might be probably right or I go for example by 6 thumbs up and no thumbs down, is this a correct way of evaluating an answer? and how about other sources on wikipedia, how can I know if its authentic? Could an answer be right on yahoo if it has 7 thumbs down and no thumbs up? What is your opinion? How can I trust sources?

Trust no one but yourself, until the source has been proven trustworthy.

Thumbs cannot be evaluated for trustworthiness since you have no idea who clicked what and how trustworthy THOSE people are.

While Wiki isn't trustworthy enough to use as a source for college assignments, I've found that the information is usually quite accurate.

And yes, an answer on yahoo can have 999 thumbs down and be entirely correct.
