I want to buy a tablet. Which one should I get?
I was thinking between the kindle fire hd + or the nook hd + ,, I want one that has a front facing camera, and android apps such as kik, instagram, etc.. Also it should be around $170.00 or LESS! (I'm 17 and worked a day at a poll booth and made $168.00, and I would like to purchase a nice tablet with the money.) Thank You.
Oh and one more question, do they work with just wifi or do i have to add a plan to it?

Since your budget is low, forget the iPad. If I were you, I would've chosen the Kindle Fire HD+, you have Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 too. Even a Nexus 7 would go great for you. Its you who has to choose though according to your requirements.
