There are lots of good web developement companies out there you could choose from to create you an E-commerce website. My question is how much is your budget? I believe that hiring a company to build you an E-commerce website is expensive, where they need to pay for their rent, employees, office supplies and etc.

In my opinion its better to hire someone who could do the tasks with less cost. All you need to do is post a detailed description of the tasks (skills needed, time frame of the tasks, person your looking, and etc.) Then, screen applicants first to narrow candidates and choose among them who do you think has the skills and experience to do the job.

Here's an article, which I believe could help a lot in managing employees.
