Should I get an Ipad or a Google Tablet?

I would be using a tablet mostly for things like Tumblr, Facebook, YouTube, Netflix, etc. Just wondering if anyone would know which would be better for general use.
I've traditionally bought laptops, but I find that they're too "fragile", and the last one I bought didn't last too long - despite the fact that I feel I take pretty good care of my gear.

Get the nexus 7(by google) because it's much cheaper and better.and you would have google as your ecosystem which is better than apple's.

Google tablet.nexus 7 if you have the money.it doesent cost a lot,its much cheper than Apples Ipad.
