Can I ask Asurion for a different phone then the one that's insured?
I have an iphone 5 and I was looking to get it replaced from Asurion since I have it insured. Can I ask for a different phone like a galaxy s4 or Htc one instead of the iphone?

Our goal is to get you a replacement device of like kind for a cost lower than full retail. This means if you have an iPhone 5, it will be replaced with an iPhone 5. If for some reason your phone is unavailable at the time you file your claim, a comparable model will be offered. Inventory can change by the moment. We recommend filing your claim online at http://www.phoneclaim.com. It normally takes less than 5 minutes and if your device is unavailable, alternatives will be presented prior to you completing your claim.
