Instagram- blocked or deleted account?

Their picture still shows up and their name and stuff, but my phone detected they unfollowed me and where their follow button should be it says user not found. I don't see why they would unfollow me except for the fact that I awkwardly saw them at Taco Bell and didn't seem very happy when I said hi (I didn't mean to be, I just didn't feel like smiling) did they delete me or block me?
