It would depend on what kind of website you're building.
For a basic forum site, weebly is fine. but if you're building one for a group / club, I would recommend enjin or guildportal Ads |

As others have already said, it really depends on what kind of website you want to create.
If you want to build a free website I would say Weebly is a pretty good choice. You can connect an existing domain name without paying extra and it's also very easy to use. |
