Do they know I've seen their Linkedin?

I googled a potential employee whom I have heard through connections. I found their Linkedin page and I clicked onto it - I do not have a linkedin account. Can they trace that I have seen their profile? I was logged into other accounts on other social media.
I ask this because Facebook and Twitter tracks what other browsers you're on etc. please help

It depends on whether the individual pays for the account and on the privacy settings he set.

If it's a paid account, then yes.

If it's a free account and you're outside of his network, then the individual will see a message "An Account Coordinator at XYZ has viewed your profile." If he clicks on that profile he will be given a list of 10 people that may or may not have viewed his profile. 1 of those 10 people actually viewed his profile.

If it's a free account and the individual set his profile to anonymous, then he will not be be able to see who's viewed his profile.
