How to create a sports message board forum website?

I wanna create my own website forum sports related because all the ones i go to have too many restrictions on them and the moderators suck. Mine will be alot more wide where people can give their opinions more openly. How do i create such a website or website in general?

If you have visited some sports forums, go to the very bottom of the site. Usually it will have the link as to where they purchased the PHP template. Or you can go to a search engine and enter the words - PHP forums software, or sports forums. You will have to download the programs. Good luck as PHP is kinda hard to work with if you are new to programming!
One that is used a lot on forums is vbulletin.com - the price is $249.00 to purchase. Check out the site - has lots of info.

You need just a web-hosting and domain.
