Tagged in a Facebook comment?
My wife posted a funny pic to her friends timeline. she later commented on it and included my name in the comment. (this should be the same as tagging or I should get a notification on my page saying the my wife mentioned me in a comment) This is on her Facebook page. Why can't I see the pic and comments on my page so I can comment on it as well? Do I need to have her friend as a friend in order to see it?

You don't need to have friend with the friends of your wife.Probably, there was something wrong happened on tagging your name. Maybe you should tell this to your wife on proper tagging:

On the text or comment box enter the tag @ without space add the name of someone who wanted you to include on your comment.Facebook will give you auto suggestion that ease to find or type the name then select on it.When the text turn it to blue color you perfectly made it..

I hope it will hope.Good Luck.
