i was wondering if it;s safe to shop from ebay because i've heard many online websites make frauds.

It actually really depends on what you're buying. So if that product they're selling seems really cheap and too good to be true, it probably is a fake. And when you're considering buying something, you should always check the seller's information and reviews, and how good they're rated. Customers usually leave reviews about sellers, and you can skim through that to check.
