Where is my package???!!!!?

I placed an order on amazon for two cases on December 24 ,2013. The estimated delivery date is December 31 to January 6. Ive been tracking my packages ever since the day ive ordered them. For the last 3 to 4 days my packages have been in the same location. One of my orders was messed up because they were sending me the wrong color instead of the color I wanted. So that case was sent back to its company/seller. Ive been waiting for almost two weeks for my packages and on the amazon tracking, they keep saying shipped. And when I go to the delivery services and track my package through that, its been in the same location for days. It was probably not the wisest idea to place an order on christmas eve but I would have expected to recieve my packages by now. Who should I contact to know where and when I will recieve my packages??

this happened to me just wait. Because of bad weather amazon has been backed up. I received mine the other day. I had been also waiting for two weeks.
