Will someone know if you block them on twitter?

There's a girl that I know looks at my profile, but she doesn't follow me. If I blocked her, will she still be able to look at my profile and see my tweets? Also, will she know that I blocked her?

Yes she will know you blocked her.when you block someone on twitter it says BLOCKED on your page so they cant see any of your tweets.but only for that user u blocked.i think they can only look at your header.but thats it
