Can I still torrent using TekSavvy as ISP?
I heard Teksavvy came in problems with getting a lawsuit against them for people that torrented Movies a month ago. Is this done? Can I still torrent? Just wondering, as I am with TekSavvy and want to know and be safe.
Update: @Courtadelle, they have 2000 people on record that torrented Movies. Please read the news article before you post. All I need to know is if this is done, and that I can still torrent.

If they got a lawsuit for somebody else torrenting movies, what makes you think that you're different? You're under the same ISP, and obviously you're going to get in trouble for doing it, so I would either switch to a different ISP or avoid torrenting altogether.

In all honesty, that actually sucks. I can't imagine paying for internet service where I can't torrent without them (or me) getting in trouble.
