Am I doing the right thing?

Am I doing the right thing?
There's a friend of mine and she's really given me trouble this year. She's mean mean to me, called me fake, a backstabber and even a b***c and when I felt bad about it, she said that I was hurting her so she self harmed herself and sent me a picture if it. Not only that, she never congratulates me or encourages me if i take part in anything at school or win anything. So I feel she's really jealous as well. I hate texting her now and i felt happy during our exams when she couldn't text me at all because she distracts me from whatever i'am doing and if I don't talk to her or say that i'am busy she says that she didn't expect this from me and that i'am not a true friend. I cannot live like this. I want to cut her out of my life because I don't want to feel bad about myself because no one has the right to do that to me. So I was wondering if it's okay for me to cut her off and should I block her on social media sites because when i talk to her she always brings up fights and I hate that. Should I also talk to her and say ENOUGH? Also I tried blocking her on my phone so that she can't imessage me but she uses her email id for that so the messages still come, how can I block her in such a way that the messages don't come to me even via her email?
Thankyou! Please help me I really need it!
