Ebay help with selling?

I sold an item and its for tracking delivery, the buyers paid but it hasn't come into my paypal account yet and has a timer icon by the £ sign. Do I have to give them the tracking number before the payment goes through?

if you are a newb selling on ebay, yes

ebay will hold your money for i think a fortnight unless you place the tracking number into their system

Look at the transaction within PayPal. I think it means that the payment is via echeque. You need to see if PayPal write that it is okay to send.

You send to the PayPal given address, no other.
