Is the game Rust on Steam worth the buy?

I'm digging the whole realistic survival aspect of it, but considering its an early access I was just wondering if it was worth the 20 dollar drop on it. Good things? Bad things? Opinions are widely accepted.

Its your money, you spend it how you want. Just watch game play videos where they do more stuff in depth like more crafting so you get an idea. I mean, i bought 2 games i regret because no one plays them anymore, Ravaged and Ace of Spades.
