Why are my posts getting reported?
So someone responded:

I WILL PROMOTE/SHOUT OUT YOUR USERNAME TO +1000 OF MY FOLLOWERS! This will surely gain you some followers!!! Just click the link!!!

http://fiverr.com/crystaltwin/promote-yo...on-twitter

Someone else has copied and pasted the same response on about 7 different answers.

I have given thought out and targeted advise but I have had about 5 of my responses reported, even though I am pretty certain I have not done anything against the rules.

I have seen people here telling 13 year olds to become prostitutes to make money, and those comments were not reported.

Have seen people just blatantly posting affiliate links. They have not been reported.

Here was my post that was reported;

""Twitter + Refer.ly. Referly is a new site, about 2 months old, and it has around 500 retailers on board, like Amazon etc.. you earn 5% commission every time someone buys something through your link. All you have to do is to find something you like. For example, make a Twitter page about cool stuff students can buy, or discount items that students need. Maybe "What I forgot" for freshers, so what they forgot to take to Uni. Twitter is the best place because your market are already there.. If you set up a blog you have to bring the market to you, but on Twitter all you have to do is to follow and tweet people that have the same interests. Good Luck!"

I don't even own Refer.ly or have an affiliation with it, so I don't quite see what the issue is.
Also someone suggested to a student to earn money from Cams... Students can have a hard time getting by and I don't think that is appropriate.

You don't know whether something like the inappropriate answers you saw were reported or not; all you know is AT THE TIME you saw them, they had been reported ENOUGH to be removed. Since it normally takes more than a single user to take something down, it also takes TIME for it to happen.

The beginning part of your question is a bit confusing, but if a person is posting that "fiverr" link repeatedly, that is SPAMMING and should be reported and removed. And likely will be, eventually.

As to your answer being reported, you can't "prove" to people that you don't have something to gain by referring people to Refer.ly, so they may think that you are spamming as well. Many folks shy away from any of the .ly links due to the SPAMMING by the bit.ly links happening on this site all the time. You can find better ways of doing this like posting the link on your ABOUT ME and referring people there for more information, or making a blog page with a step-by-step instructional, posting a link to that on your ABOUT ME and again referring folks to it that way. Because that is the approved procedure for things like this.

You can try appealing your violation(s), and may even succeed, if you word it correctly. But that won't stop folks from reporting again in the future.
