I am curious when writing a newsletter about a high school student. What should I include. What information do I need in the newsletter to make it interesting. And this newsletters is targets middle school student, teenager. Examples are appreciated. Thanks.

Here are some tips:
1. Make sure to personalize - use their first names when addressing to them 2. Do some research through student resources, forums and communities to have an idea of what your readers want and need 3. Make you headline attractive and catchy - You can state a certain problem right away 4. Make the body of the newsletter easy to digest, break it up into small paragraphs or lists 5. Place a strong call to action (if you need them to do anything... like checking your website or a cool resource) 6. Test your messages both in HTML and text format 7. Place a P.S. at the end. make it really catchy that they would want to go back and read the entire thing (just in case they skipped down to the bottom) 8. Put links to your social profiles in case they need more info. 9. Learn all about words that can trigger spam and avoid them 10. Use a really reliable autoresponder |
