USPS First-Class Package International from Cary, North Carolina to Singapore?
Hi,
I purchase something from ebay on 8/3/14, now is 23/3/14 is already being 16 day pass by. Last location of the shipment show in Italy. I have no idea why the USPS transit from Italy, i have hear a lot trouble story about they deliver Facility.

My Question

-Why does my shipment stops at Italy?
-How long more do i have to wait before, i should contact ebay seller?

It was either simply missent to Italy or, seller provided an incorrect tracking number or, you are the victim of a "recycled" number.

You should contact the seller immediately so that they can begin the claims process. It is ultimately on the seller to get the goods to you.
