What is the best tablet to purchase based on my interest?

I was checking out the BlackBerry Playbook since I have a BlackBerry phone. There is one thing that I hate though... BlackBerry App World. They never had any of the cool apps like the iOS and Android software, such as Instagram, Draw Something, Pandora, etc. Their Tumblr app even sucks. I always thought these app problems were because BlackBerry isn't big on touchscreen devices, but come on now, they should at least have a way to use Instagram and Pandora without a touchscreen. So should I settle for a BlackBerry Playbook or get a different tablet with Android software? If Android, which tablet?
